Black Belt Training: Eighteen days of intense training on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) over five months. Each student should have a significant project, approved by management to participate in this training. Certification is available for students who complete their projects and meet specific requirements.
Green Belt Training: Ten days of training on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) over three months. Each student should have a significant project, approved by
management to participate in this training. Certification is available for students who complete their projects and meet specific requirements.
Gold Belt Training: This 4-day training will help you understand some of the basic problem solving and team building skills that are critical to a Lean Six Sigma process improvement team – or any team, for that matter.
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS): This class provides tools to understand and determine customer requirements, choose optimal designs and deliver highly capable processes and products. This class is two 4-day classes over two months added after the completion of Black Belt or Green Belt training.
Executive Overviews: Half-day sessions, offered several times a year, provides participants the opportunity to gain an understanding of what Lean Six Sigma is and how it is successfully deployed in organizations.
Leading Lean Six Sigma: Larger organizations anticipating deploying several Black/Green Belts are encouraged to plan for three-days of tailored on-site Leadership training prior to the
beginning deployment. This training is intended for the CEO and his/her staff and includes:
- Overview of Lean Six Sigma and how it applies to you
- Selecting the right personnel and projects
- Building the right supportive Infrastructure
- Deployment best (and worst) practices
- Change Acceleration
Leader/Champion/Sponsor Training (Public Course): Every organization that enrolls students in Black Belt, Green Belt or DFSS Training is strongly encouraged to send appropriate personnel to this two-day session. Deep discounts are available for this session if students are registered for Black Belt, Green Belt, or DFSS training.
Master Black Belt Training: Custom training and development for elite-level technical and infrastructure leaders, coaches, and mentors who possess significant Black Belt experience and want to advance their skills to the next level. Certification is available for students who complete their projects and meet specific requirements.

Advanced Communication and Presentation Skills: Having a great idea or the right direction gets you nowhere unless you can get it to land with impact in the mind of the audience – even an audience of one. Will your message stand out above and beyond the “noise” that’s competing for everyone’s attention? Will it be understood? Will people remember it? Will it change people’s opinions or behavior? This course is about designing and crafting the optimal message, and then making sure YOU and your delivery will minimize distractions and maximize impact.
